All services are delivered according to the terms defined in the project agreement or service-level agreement (SLA) provided to the client.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and updated information necessary for service delivery.
Ensure your content, website, or materials provided do not violate any third-party rights.
Cooperate with SEO Dreamers for prompt delivery of services.
Adhere to payment terms outlined in the invoice or agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Services may be billed on a one-time, milestone-based, or recurring basis.
All payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms (e.g., within 7 days of receipt).
Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SEO Dreamers and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials on the website and in any work product produced for clients. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute content without written permission.

Client-owned assets (logos, trademarks, content) remain the property of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SEO Dreamers, nor its employees or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared by the client is treated as confidential. SEO Dreamers will not disclose any data or proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. In the event of termination:

Client shall pay for all completed work and approved expenses up to the termination date.
Any remaining balance will be invoiced upon termination.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

To engage in any unlawful activity.
To infringe on any third-party rights.
To transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code.
To impersonate SEO Dreamers or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

10. Modifications to Terms
